Evening Yoga Class
Join me every Thursday evening from 6-7pm for a gentle flow. Together, we’ll explore yin yoga, yoga nidra, breathwork and guided mediations to regulate your nervous system and reconnect to your sensuality.

How can we experience life more sacredly? With intention, inviting in more ritual, ceremony, devotion. Come join us for a beautiful evening of self-reflection, gentle movement, journalling, cacao and connection under the full moon.
